Verification of compliance by public administrations and publicly-owned companies with the provisions contained in Italian Legislative Decree No. 175/2016. Analysis of the measures and plans for the extraordinary review and periodic rationalisation of public shareholdings, as well as random checks of the implementation thereof. Random checks of the financial statements and of the other mandatory documents referred to in Article 6 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 175/2016. Identification of the information that is reported periodically by public administrations and publicly-owned companies, as well as review of the documentation received. Relationships with the Court of Auditors regarding matters of common interest governed by Italian Legislative Decree No. 175 of 19 August 2016, and with the Department of the State General Accounting Office in implementation of the provisions of Article 15, paragraph 5, of the same Legislative Decree No. 175 of 2016. Development of guidelines and indications on the application of current legislation; development of guidelines also for the governance of publicly-owned companies and of directives on the separation of accounts and audits to ensure compliance.

Office for the Coordination of Administrative Activity to support the Director General of the Treasury

Support to the Director General of the Treasury for the coordination of administrative activity between departmental structures and between the Department and the offices collaborating directly with the Minister. Handling of relations with the Legislative Office: coordination of pre-legislative activity carried out during the parliamentary process and of activities related to the preparatory meetings of the Council of Ministers. Office coordinating the Management of Human and Instrumental Resources

Management and coordination of the main administrative functions transversal to the structures of the Department and of the processes for the management of human resources, in cooperation with the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services, in the following areas: management positions, personnel mobility, evaluation of the performance of managers and staff, departmental personnel, personnel training, preliminary investigation for granting the authorisation to carry out external assignments to Department personnel. Collaboration within the area of responsibility with the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services on the implementation of agile working at departmental level. Support to the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services during negotiations with trade unions on matters of interest to the Department and in relation to recruitment procedures and to initiatives for professional growth and organisational wellbeing. Definition of the Department's needs in terms of instrumental resources and assessment of the level of service in the areas of competence. Coordination of activities related to the protection of personal data relevant to the Department.
