On December, 16th at 12:00, as part of the Brown Bag Lunch Meetings organised by the Directorate I -“Economic and Financial Analysis” of the Treasury Department, John Fernald, senior research advisor of the Federal Reserve Bank - Economic Research Department in San Francisco, will make a speech entitled “The Pre-Global Financial Crisis Slowdown in Productivity Growth”.

The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.

The Treasury Department’s Brown Bag Lunch Meetings are short technical workshops, focused on relevant research topics in the economic field, aimed to encourage an open debate between external experts and Administration’s officers and directors.
