The Department of the Treasury, in compliance with the provisions of the Decree of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of 30 April 2021, has concluded the procedure for joining the "Piattaforma Incassi per le Amministrazioni dello Stato" (Collection Platform for State Administrations), for payments related to administrative fines.

Payments of penalties for currency crimes, violations of anti-money laundering regulations, financing of terrorism, as well as banking transactions relating to the import, export and transit of armaments, starting from 24 june 2024, must be made through the 'Piattaforma Incassi', which can be accessed by registering on-line at www.poste.it or by going to post office counters. 

At the time of payment, the following must be indicated: the file code provided by the Administration, one's own identification data and, in the 'transaction description' field, the number of the relevant sanction decree.
